Contact Reports

Is the information displayed in the contact centre for a customer not enough for you to find what you want? Contact Reports are able to get all of the information you have on a contact and best of all, you can customise the report to only show which information you want to see and hide what you don't want.

  1. Select the contact for whom you would like to view the report.
  2. Select the View Report button (Found below Contact Tasks).View Reports button
  3. Constrain on the date range for your report by ticking the box.(this is optional)
  4. Select the date range (if applicable) for your report.
  5. Tick the boxes for which extra sections you wish to view on your report.
  6. Click OK to proceed and your report will be generated.
  7. Once generated, you can print your report or export it and save it as a PDF, .XPS or Excel document.

  1. Contact details
  2. Notes

  4. Mailing Lists
  5. Account Manager
  6. Personal Information
  7. Touches*
  8. Tasks*
  9. Relationships*
  10. Calendar*
  11. Sales*

* These are the optional sections, all others are in the report by default.
