Amending Reports

Once you have created a report in ConvallisCRM there may be times when you want to change things. Things that are commonly changed are adding or removing fields and this short guide will show you how.

  1. From the 'Export' tab at the top of the CRM select the report from your drop down list of already created reports that you wish to change. This list will be shown when you click the arrow under the 'Data Filters' menu. Export Data
  2. Select the 'Edit' button and you will then get the following: Query Editor
  3. Amend the constraints on the report that you would like to change and click 'Save'.
  4. Your new report is now available and can be exported to the format you require as before. If you need a reminder you can find out how in our 'Viewing Reports' help file.
