Reporting using ConvallisCRM

Generating reports is an important part of any business. ConvallisCRM has an integrated reporting tool that enables you to generate various reports that could be related to your contacts or sales.

The reporting tool allows you to configure your reports so that you generate exactly the information you need. Some examples could be to see the sales of a certain product over a period of time or to set up a mailing list of a demographic area in your database that could be used for your email marketing or exported directly from the reporting tool into Excel to use for your direct mail marketing.

When you have generated your report as well as exporting to Excel or adding the results of your report to a mailing list or category, you also have the option to either print the report, export it to a Word document or export and save it as an XPS.

Overall, the reporting tool gives you the flexibility to generate reports that are relevant to your business as and when you need them.
